Creator Partnership Program

1. Program Overview

The CPP aims to build long-term partnerships with creators worldwide, jointly enhancing FlexClip’s product experience and brand influence through content creation, content sharing, and community collaboration, while empowering creators with exposure and growth opportunities.

2. Eligibility & Review

2.1 Creators must submit accurate personal information, portfolio links, and other required materials for review.

2.2 FlexClip reserves the right to approve or reject applications based on factors including, but not limited to, content quality, creative style, and activity level.

2.3 FlexClip reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate CPP membership at its sole discretion.

3. Creator Obligations

Upon joining the CPP, you agree to:

3.1 Create and share original video content made using FlexClip (at least one (1) post per month).

3.2 Include at least one of the following in each published work:
• Tag: #FlexClip or #FlexClipCPP
• A link to the FlexClip official website

3.3 Ensure that all content is legally owned by you and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

3.4 Engage respectfully within the CPP community and refrain from any offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory speech or behavior.

3.5 Not impersonate FlexClip’s official identity or conduct any activities in FlexClip’s name without prior written authorization.

4. FlexClip’s Rights & Obligations

4.1 FlexClip has the right to use CPP works submitted or authorized by creators for promotional display purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, and marketing materials. For any secondary use involving commercial advertising beyond promotional display, FlexClip shall obtain separate prior authorization from the creator.

4.2 FlexClip will provide creators with the following support, subject to product development plans and activity strategies:
• Content exposure support
• Event rewards or incentives
• Early access to new product features
• Official creative guidelines and community support

4.3 FlexClip reserves the right to remove, hide, or disqualify any content deemed inappropriate or non-compliant with this Agreement or platform policies.

5. CPP Creator Benefits

Upon joining the CPP, creators may enjoy the following benefits:

5.1 FlexClip Commercial Subscription
Access to the FlexClip Business Plan (or equivalent benefits), including AI feature credits and other creative resources. (Specific plan versions, duration, and renewal terms are subject to the current program description.)

5.2 Official Exposure & Media Support
Outstanding creator works may have the opportunity to:
• Be reshared or featured on FlexClip’s official accounts
• Be showcased on the official website, campaign pages, and marketing materials
• Be prioritized in the CPP dedicated showcase section

5.3 Community & Creative Growth Support
• Priority access to creator events, workshops, and collaboration opportunities
• Access to community resources and technical support
• Peer learning and skill development with fellow creators

5.4 Exclusive Creator Event Incentives
• Monthly themed challenge rewards
• Official limited-edition merchandise or gifts
• Trial or early access to premium features

5.5 Protection of Creator Rights
Creators retain full copyright ownership of their original works and may freely publish, operate, and participate in creative or commercial activities across all platforms. (This does not affect FlexClip’s promotional usage rights as stipulated in this Agreement.)

5.6 Commercial Usage Rights
• Works created by CPP members using FlexClip may be used for commercial purposes (including advertising, promotion, sales, and event presentations), with full copyright retained by the creator.
• FlexClip holds a non-exclusive promotional usage right over creator works solely for official promotions, event campaigns, and CPP community showcasing.
• Creators may use FlexClip-created works on other platforms or in commercial projects without requiring additional authorization from FlexClip.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Creators retain all intellectual property rights to their original works.

6.2 Creators grant FlexClip a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to use their works for CPP-related promotional purposes.

6.3 Any assets provided by FlexClip and used within creator works must be used in accordance with their applicable license terms and shall not be used for illegal or unauthorized commercial purposes.

7. Reward Mechanism

7.1 FlexClip may offer rewards, prizes, or collaboration opportunities for outstanding works.

7.2 Reward details, eligibility criteria, and distribution methods are subject to specific activity announcements and do not constitute a long-term or guaranteed commitment.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 FlexClip will comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations.

8.2 Information submitted by creators will be used solely for CPP review, management, and communication purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Agreement Validity & Termination

9.1 By submitting an application or participating in the CPP, creators acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

9.2 Creators may apply to withdraw from the CPP at any time.

9.3 In the event of any violation of this Agreement, FlexClip reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately and revoke the granted usage license.

9.4 FlexClip reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement as necessary for operational or legal purposes. Updated terms will be announced in advance and shall take effect upon publication.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlexClip is registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
